  1. Gently melt the Cacao Butter on a low heat in a double boiler making sure it doesn’t reach a temperature higher than 45 degrees.
  2. Gently melt the coconut oil in the same way as the butter.
  3. Add the cacao powder, rice malt syrup, vanilla essence in a bowl and stir until a well combined paste is formed.
  4. Add the melted components to the bowl and rapidly whisk until all is well combined.
  5. Pour into desired moulds, piping bag, or on top of the slice you wish to ice. This amount would normally top two slabs with a thick chocolatey layer.
  6. For a thicker consistency add 1/3 cup basic unflavoured cashew cream and stir through.
