Raw Berries and Cream Swirl Slice

 

Raw cake deliciousness right here with one of my absolute favourite slices ever, Berries and cream swirl.  Swirls of raspberry and blueberry cashew cream mixed with a vanilla cream on top of a delicious coconut crumble base.  A guilt free, girly coloured slice of heaven.

Instructions
For the Base:
  1. Blend all ingredients together until combined. Press down in a silicon brownie tray or a well lined metal tray and place in freezer to set
For the Raw Cheese Layers
  1. Freeze dried Raspberry Powder or fresh fruit dehydrated to remove moisture
  2. Split the mixture into 3 even amounts and flavour with either 1 tbs of freeze dried fruit powder or 1/2 cup dehydrated fruits (if using the dehydrated fruits it will have to be reblended for each flavour to ensure even distribution).
  3. To make the swirl pattern take spoonfuls of each flavour and and layer in turns across the base, build up until all mixture is gone.
  4. Taking a small skewer or toothpick swirl the flavours around until you create a pattern you are happy with.
  5. Set in the freezer for 3 hours then slice and enjoy. !🌴 Here I topped the slices with some raw dark and white chocolate with some rose petals.
