Donut Mixture
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until the mixture forms a dough like consistency.
  2. If the the mixture isn’t sticky enough, slowly add a little more Rice malt syrup until it is right.
  3. Press into silicon donut moulds tightly and place in the freezer to set for at least 45 minutes.
  4. This mixture made 6 donuts with my mould size so I cut them in half as a serving.
  1. Blend all the ingredients, aside from the coconut oil in a high powered blender until the mixture starts to go smooth.
  2. Add the coconut oil and blend further.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and remove the donuts from the freezer and dip each one into the mixture then twist 90 degrees and remove.
  4. Place each iced donut on a flat lined surface and put back in the freezer to set for another 1/2 hour.
